Forge & Iron is a barbell gym in Williamsburg built by lifters, for lifters. We don't have selfie mirrors. We don't run group classes you could do in a hotel pool. What we have is serious equipment in a serious space — the kind where chalk flies and nobody gives you grief for it.

A full kettlebell range, sleds, prowlers, and all the small stuff you actually need. Every coach on staff is certified and actively competing — not just credentialed, but in the sport.
Powerlifting, Olympic lifting, hypertrophy programming, strength GPP — if it involves a barbell, we know how to program it. If it doesn't, this probably isn't your gym.
$35 drop-in, no booking required. Monthly membership is $189, no contracts, no cancellation fees. Show up, pay, and get under the bar.
First session, any coach on the floor can walk you through the space, show you platform etiquette, and point you toward the right equipment for your goals.
